Milburngate was delivered in 2023 by the Arlington Richardson Development Partnership who have successfully delivered a number of strategically important regeneration projects across the region. This includes Freemans Reach in Durham City, a Legal & General-funded project that provided new offices for Her Majesty's Passport Office and National Savings and Investments and helped retain more than 1,200 jobs in the city centre.
